Nearly 1,400 Champagnes, from the grandes marques to growers most lists never carry. Non-vintage, vintage, blanc de blancs, rosé and prestige cuvées, in bottle, half and magnum.

Where we are strongest: allocation houses bought in depth rather than in ones and twos — which is why a case of a well-known non-vintage often costs less here than a single bottle does elsewhere. And at the other end, single-vineyard grower Champagne that is genuinely hard to find in Hong Kong.
