Viognier's signature is intense apricot, peach and white-flower aroma over a dry palate. A single-vineyard bottling concentrates that character. Medium to full bodied with an oily texture.
What to Expect
"Smells sweet, tastes dry" — that gap is the variety, not a problem with the wine. The aromatics are assertive, which makes this a wine for food or small pours rather than an evening on its own.
