600以下的勃根地葡萄酒

布根地的價格跟著分級走，而分級講的是地塊的範圍與身份，不是對這支酒的判詞。

次序是：地區級（標示 Bourgogne）、村莊級、一級園、特級園。特級園只佔全區產量的一小部分，這也是頂端市場之所以如此的主要原因。

HK$600 以下，多數落在地區級與村莊級，而這是一個可以做事的位置。當中幾乎全是 Chardonnay 或 Pinot Noir；你喝到的差異來自地塊與生產者，而不是品種選擇。

一個實際的提醒：在這個價位，生產者的名字通常比產區名更有參考價值——因為認真的與馬虎的酒農，村莊級酒標上寫的字是一樣的。
