隆河紅酒

隆河其實係兩個產區共用一條河，其餘幾乎冇共通點。北隆河係西拉——一個品種、陡峭花崗岩坡、產區細小。南隆河係以歌海娜為主嘅混釀，範圍大得多、地勢平坦、氣候更暖。

北

Côte-Rôtie 同 Hermitage 係兩個標桿，都可以放幾十年。Cornas 最深色、單寧最重。Crozes-Hermitage 同 Saint-Joseph 位於較平坦嘅地，係入門北隆河西拉最實際嘅方法——同一品種、性格相近，價錢三分一。

南

教皇新堡領頭，緊接住嘅 Gigondas 同 Vacqueyras 用同樣品種，價錢大約一半。Côtes du Rhône Villages 同 Côtes du Rhône 組成基層——亦係任何酒單上最可靠嘅平價紅酒之一。

期望值

北隆河西拉偏鹹鮮、帶胡椒感、結構結實；南隆河歌海娜混釀較圓潤、較成熟、酒精度較高。兩者都唔係開胃酒。如果想用一支酒去理解兩者分別，買一支 Crozes-Hermitage 同一支 Côtes du Rhône Villages，一齊開。

飲用

16–18°C。Côte-Rôtie、Hermitage、Cornas 同教皇新堡需要醒一小時；村級產區唔使。

兒時好友傑羅姆和弗雷德里克於1997年決定首次合作開展葡萄酒事業：他們大量甄選赤霞珠，並將其種植於魯西永，並於2004年首次推出一款名為“Marius”（加泰羅尼亞丘地區葡萄酒）的珍稀葡萄酒。目前，這款酒已在各大市場銷售約4,000瓶。 2008年，他們開啟了另一場人與葡萄酒的合作，並重振了擁有數百年歷史的豐博諾酒莊（le lieudit Fontbonau）。他們將營運責任委託給了畢業於ENITA（法國國立農業工程學院）的釀酒師索菲·瑪格（Sophie Mage）。 豐博諾（Fontbonau）的風景保存完好，充滿野性，令人心曠神怡，這裡有70年樹齡的歌海娜葡萄藤和30年樹齡的西拉葡萄藤，以及松露橡樹、薰衣草和橄欖樹。自收購以來，他們一直致力於在尊重當地傳統文化的同時，不斷提升這片土地的品質。
