夜丘（Côte de Nuits）最大嘅紅酒名村，位於勃艮第黑皮諾坡地嘅北端。Gevrey 擁有九個特級園——比勃艮第任何一條村都多——以 Chambertin 同 Chambertin-Clos de Bèze 為首。

級別

村莊級 Gevrey-Chambertin 覆蓋範圍廣、質素參差，所以喺呢條村，酒莊名比其他村更加重要。一級園包括 Clos Saint-Jacques、Les Cazetiers、Combe aux Moines 與 Lavaux Saint-Jacques——其中幾個嘅售價已達特級園水平，而普遍認為佢哋配得起。特級園為 Chambertin、Clos de Bèze、Charmes、Mazis、Griotte、Chapelle、Latricières、Ruchottes 同 Mazoyères。

期望值

Gevrey 係紅勃艮第之中比較寬肩厚身嗰一端——比 Chambolle 或者 Volnay 更飽滿、更結實，亦開得更慢。呢種骨架正正係佢陳年能力嘅來源，亦解釋咗點解一支年輕嘅 Gevrey 讀落係「封閉」而唔係「唔好」。畀時間佢，或者畀空氣佢。

飲用

15–17°C，比一般人倒紅酒嘅溫度低。村莊級放三四年；一級園同特級園要更耐，開嗰日醒酒有明顯幫助。
